The cottage is open all year, and is available for stays of three days duration or longer.
The Accommodation
The cottage is a detached suite of rooms created from a restoration build during 2023. It is crog-loft, a cottage-style traditional to Wales, now equipped to the highest of standards. The accommodation comprises a family bedroom with mezzanine floor, a lounge/dining area, kitchen and shower room. Bedlinen, towels and a welcome-pack are provided. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a TV in the lounge, and free WiFi available in the cottage. Please note that mezzanine floor is height restricted – further details of the all the areas are available on the Access statement.
There is a patio with table and chairs outside the cottage which is great for al fresco dining, and has views of the Conwy medieval town walls. Guests have use of the award winning garden at Bryn. Parking is available next to the cottage and there is an external socket suitable for overnight recharging of EVs (please enquire if this is of interest).

Notes:
- From March to October, there is a minimum stay of three days.
- From November to February, there is a minimum stay of two days.
- We offer discounts on stays longer than three days; please enquire
- There will be a £10 additional charge per person for a third or fourth occupant in total (to cover the additional linen)
- We cannot accommodate pets in the cottage (although assistance dogs are welcome).
- The cottage is not suitable for children under 5 years old.
- Check in time is after 3pm on day of arrival.
- Check out time is before 10.30am on day of departure.

Conwy half marathon
If you’re taking part in this year’s half-marathon from Conwy on November 15th - well done! We have rooms available over this weekend and are happy to schedule pre and post race breakfast/brunches around the race. Please email, if of interest, and we’ll try to meet your needs for the race day!
